Did you know there is a difference between “Exclusive” & “Non-Exclusive” Buyers Agency Agreements?
In an “Exclusive Agreement”:
• The property buyer agrees to only use the services of a specific buyers agent to represent them on the purchase of their property
In a “Non-Exclusive Agreement”:
• The property buyer may use the services of multiple buyers agents at the same time
Additionally, with an Exclusive Buyers Agency Agreement, the client may need to pay the buyers agent fee even if the client, another agent or any other person finds a property they purchase.
